Katie Page - British Handmade Scarves

One of the best things about having an independent fashion store is that the clothes and accessories we stock always have a certain uniqueness about them - they're not mass-produced. But few are as unique as something which is handmade meaning that no two pieces are identical and only a limited number are made of each. This is very much the case with our latest scarf and sarong brand, Katie Page.  And just when we thought things couldn't get any better, not only are Katie Page scarves handmade, but they're handmade in East Anglia - we love local.

Katie is a trained fashion designer and production specialist but set up her own studio on Ipswich Waterfront in 2013.  Since then she's moved the studio to Essex where she makes all her scarves and sarongs herself.

The current collection of snoods have proved really popular for the spring - chilly mornings and sunny afternoons. We have a variety in store from £32.50 including the cream lace and the animal print shown on the left below.  If you want to add a splash of colour how about the gorgeous 100% silk, square, scarf shown below right in Sea Blue at £49.95. Lots of lovely other styles are in store too.

Katie also has a stunning collection of sarongs. The two shown below are really brightening up the shop at the moment and making us all want to go on holiday - they are 100% cotton and priced from £37.  Now all we have to do is work on that bikini body... x
